She is H.E.R. presents the Butterfly Effect Series: Release the Story

What stories are you still holding onto? Join us for movement, honest conversations, and reflection as we explore the beliefs that shape us. Release the Story She is H.E.R. Presents: The Butterfly Effect Series What if the story you've been telling yourself isn't the whole story? We all have stories about who we are, what we're capable of, what we deserve, and where we thought we'd be by now. But where did those stories come from? Our own experiences? Someone else's expectations? Or beliefs we've carried for so long that we've stopped questioning them? And more importantly, are they still serving us? Join She is H.E.R. for Release the Story, the third gathering in The Butterfly Effect Series. We'll start with gentle movement, then get into some real conversations about how our experiences and beliefs shape the way we see ourselves, the decisions we make, and how we move through life. This month, we'll be joined by a licensed therapist who will bring a professional perspective to our conversation, helping us explore how certain beliefs develop and why we sometimes hold onto stories that may no longer reflect who we are. This isn't about pretending the past didn't happen or forcing ourselves to think positively. It's about recognizing what we've been carrying and deciding what deserves to come with us as we continue to grow. What to Expect • Gentle, beginner-friendly movement • Honest conversations and guided reflection • Insight from a licensed therapist • Connection with other women • Light lunch and refreshments No pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to look at things a little differently. You can't always change what happened, but you can question the story you've built around it. Small shifts. Meaningful change. She is H.E.R. | Healthy. Evolving. Resilient. Please note: This is a women's wellness and personal development gathering, not a group therapy session or mental health treatment.
