Class will be taught by Danielle (200 hr CYT), who has over 12 years of teaching experience in the Cleveland area. With a passion for creating an inclusive class for yogis of all abilities, she strongly focuses on alignment and incorporates functional movement into her sequences to leave you feeling empowered (and maybe a little sore, in a good way)
