Soft Sunday: Reset is an evening spent in breath. A kind of presence that doesn't ask anything of you except an openness to explore. Soft Sunday: Reset is an evening spent in breath. A kind of presence that doesn't ask anything of you except an openness to explore Through intentional breath patterns, we'll work with the nervous system to release tension, quiet mental noise, and restore a sense of steadiness. No experience necessary , just a willingness to breathe with intention. $7 per person Spots are limited to 8 to keep the space intimate. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Option to bring whatever you need: Mats, Blankets, Eye Mask, Water etc etc.
