Soulful Flow Meditation

Soulful flow meditation- trauma informed all-inclusive meditative practice that transcend mind and body. This beginner-friendly meditation class is designed for people who want practical tools to manage stress, emotional overwhelm, life demands, and daily struggles while building a sustainable mindfulness practice. Participants will learn foundational meditation techniques in a supportive, non-judgmental environment that combines: • Guided meditation • Breathwork • Gentle mindfulness practices • Journaling prompts • Group discussion and reflection • Tools for emotional regulation and mental clarity The class focuses on applying meditation to real life — work stress, caregiving, relationships, anxiety, burnout, grief, overwhelm, self-criticism, and finding balance in busy lives. Participants are encouraged to bring: • A yoga mat or cushion • A journal and pen • Water and comfortable clothing No experience is necessary.
