Twilight Sound Sanctuary: Rest and Reset for Mind, Body, and Soul Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for an immersive sound bath experience designed to soothe and support your nervous system and restore inner balance. Each Sound Bath journey is intuitively crafted and tuned into the subtle energetic shifts of the Collective, creating a unique sonic tapestry. Lisa O’Neal seamlessly blends various tones and frequencies using crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, rainsticks, and other resonant instruments to deliver exactly what the room needs most in that moment. Whether it be grounding or energizing, a deep emotional release, illumination, or a peaceful reset, the sonic vibrations and frequencies will guide you home to yourself. Come as you are, rest deeply, and drop into the alignment and flow of your own soul. No experience necessary. All are welcome. We invite you to create your own cozy sanctuary. Please bring whatever helps you feel completely comfortable and at ease: • Cozy layers: We suggest wearing layered, comfortable clothing and a pair of socks for extra comfort, as shoes will be left at the door of the studio before entering. • Nesting essentials: Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, cushions, eye mask, and anything else to keep you comfortable. • Hydration: A water bottle or your preferred beverage. • Reflection: A journal or notebook to capture any insights, feelings, or intentions. We are excited to co-create this space with you. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in, as the doors close promptly at 6:30pm When: Third Wednesday of each month from 6:30pm – 8pm.
