A 90-minute restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and pour back into yourself through Yin Yoga and Sound Give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and pour back into yourself. Join Thee Mystique Yogi for a 90-minute restorative experience combining gentle Yin Yoga with an immersive sound bath designed to help you release tension, quiet the noise, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga, featuring gentle, long-held postures that invite you to slow your breath, tune into your body, and cultivate awareness. Then, settle into 45 minutes of sound healing as crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and other instruments create a soothing atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, carrying stress, or simply need a moment for yourself, this experience offers space to pause and recharge. What to expect: • 45 minutes of gentle Yin Yoga • 45 minutes of immersive sound healing • A welcoming space for rest, relaxation, and self-connection • An optional intention-setting moment to close our experience, which may include journaling or reflective writing No experience necessary. All levels are welcome. What to bring: Your yoga mat if you have one, along with a blanket, pillow, eye mask, or cozy socks to make yourself comfortable during the sound bath. Come as you are. Leave with a little more room to breathe. 🤍 Your time to rest is waiting.
