October marks SIX YEARS of teaching yoga for me, and with my birthday on October 28, I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than doing what I love meeting on the beach, practicing yoga, and connecting with this incredible community we’ve built together. Full Moon Beach Yoga was created to bring together like-minded people who love yoga, the beach, the magic of the moonrise, and community. Whether you’ve practiced with me for years or this will be your very first class, YOU are invited to celebrate with us! 🌕 Our evening will include: • Gentle, all-levels beach yoga at sunset • Breath, movement + Full Moon intention • Our signature seashell letting-go ceremony • Community connection + anniversary/birthday celebration after class 🍪 Stay and Celebrate! After our practice and letting-go ceremony, stick around for a little beachside community celebration! I’ll bring some sweet treats, and you’re invited to bring a small snack, fruit, cookies, or favorite treat to share if you’d like. Let’s celebrate six years of yoga, another trip around the sun, and most importantly, the beautiful community we continue to create together. 💚 What to Bring • Yoga mat • Large blanket, tapestry, beach towel, or flat sheet • Reusable water bottle • Optional small snack or sweet treat to share • A friend + your good vibes 💜 ✨ Pro Setup Tip: Lay down your large sheet or blanket first, then place your yoga mat on top for extra space and less sand on your mat. 🌕 All ages • All levels • Beginners welcome 💚 Community Event ✨ RSVP and let me know you’re coming! I Invite a friend or loved one and come celebrate with us. Hosted by Kate The Great | KTG Yoga & Wellness @ktgyoga • www.KTGYoga.com
