COS Gather & Ground Meditation Meet-Up

Join us for an evening of community connections, engaging conversations, and a grounding meditation. COS Gather & Ground Meditation Meet-Up is a monthly community get-together hosted by Jamie Nicholas, Founder of Mighty Mindful Beings. It’s a casual, welcoming space to meet like-minded neighbors, chat about wellness, share ideas, and enjoy a little time to slow down and meditate. Each one-hour meet-up includes time to chat, connect, and explore different wellness topics, followed by a guided meditation to help you settle in, ground your body, and calm your mind. It’s a simple opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, meet some new people, and do something good for yourself. ALL are welcome! Whether you’re new to meditation and wellness or already have a regular practice, there’s no experience needed and no pressure to be anything other than yourself. Come as you are, grab a seat, and join the conversation. Take an hour to connect with your community, breathe a little deeper, and leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected. The meet-up is FREE, with an option to donate if you feel called to support the cause. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Some yoga mats, blankets, and meditation pillows are provided, but I encourage you to bring your own favorite comforts if you have them. 😊
