For two hours, you'll move however your body wants to, set to an eclectic collection of dance music. Anabhra will start with a brief introduction to explain the practice and help you settle in before the music starts. No dance experience needed. There are no steps to learn and no right way to move. About Anabhra Anabhra spent 6 years in the healing arts at the Osho ashram in Pune, India. What to know • Wear loose-fitting or yoga-style clothing, and bring your inner child. • This is a dance-only evening.
