Enjoy a Pilates-inspired workout that delivers a deep burn, then reward yourself with a pint of beer or a glass of wine! Expect a full-body, beat-driven workout that blends Pilates-inspired movement with strength training to sculpt lean muscle, strengthen your core, and build endurance. Using light weights and controlled, high-repetition movements, you’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and empowered. After class, relax and recover at the bar. Your ticket includes a glass of beer or wine from Craft & Draft's rotating menu of 15 tap beers or wine. Ticket Price is $30, After 10/2 contact Janine directly to purchase a Ticket. You must bring your own Mat, weights & resitance bands will be provided
