Smoke, sips, and good company. Join us for 518 Smokehouse's Monthly Tasting Hours. Monthly Tasting Hours at 518 Smokehouse Around here, the best conversations happen over a full plate and a fresh pour. Join us for Monthly Tasting Hours, a recurring dinner series where chef-crafted dishes meet thoughtfully paired wines, spirits, or cocktails from some of our favorite beverage partners. Each month brings a new menu, a new lineup of pours, and a new reason to gather around the table. Expect a multi-course dinner built with intention, each course paired to bring out the best in every bite and every sip. Along the way, you'll hear the stories behind the bottles, discover a few new favorites, and enjoy an evening that's equal parts laid-back and unforgettable. No pretension. No tasting notes you have to pretend to understand. Just really good food, really good drinks, and really good company. Your seat includes: • A chef-curated multi-course dinner • Hand-selected wine, spirit, or cocktail pairings • A guided tasting with our featured beverage partner • A one-night-only menu you won't find any other day of the month We've planned ahead so you don't have to! • Wednesday, August 19: Wine Around the World • Wednesday, September 9: Bourbon Tasting with Heaven Hill • Wednesday, October 7: Tequila Tasting with Espolon • Wednesday, November 4: Bourbon Tasting with Angels Envy Seats are limited, and once the table is full, that's it. Grab your spot, bring your favorite dinner companion, and come hungry—we'll handle the rest.
