Our Executive Chefs, Manny and Sophia, have created an exclusive six-course dining experience inspired by the darker side of Halloween. From devilishly delicious starters to a decadent final course, each dish brings together bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a little Halloween magic. To accompany your meal, our Beverage Director, David, has crafted two specialty Halloween cocktails, designed exclusively for the evening. The Six-Course Menu Course I – The Devil's Focaccia Fresh focaccia served with antipasto, Calabrese butter, and whipped ricotta. Course II – Blood & Roots Beet tartare, a hauntingly vibrant twist on a classic. Course III – The Pumpkin's Secret Delicate pumpkin raviolo with sage butter, cheese foam, and toasted hazelnuts. Course IV – A Stroll Through the Haunted Forest Earthy mushrooms enveloped in a rich, velvety cream. Course V – The Midnight Hunt Smoked duck breast with blackberry-wine gastrique and roasted garlic turnip purée. Course VI – Death by Chocolate Dark chocolate olive oil cake with raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries.
