Connections: Compassion Within — A Self-Compassion Workshop

A reflective self-compassion workshop with guided reflective writing, meaningful conversation, and a closing sound bath. Compassion Within is a self-compassion workshop exploring how we respond to ourselves during difficult moments and what a more compassionate response might look like in everyday situations. You’ll consider what you need and what compassion may ask of you, whether that means offering yourself care, setting a boundary, repairing something, or taking a step toward change. The experience includes a 90-minute self-compassion workshop from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM, followed by a 30-minute closing sound bath from 12:00–12:30 PM.
