Blade & Body is a cutting-edge fitness experience blending strength, movement, flow, and Tai Chi blade work into one powerful class. Blade & Body is a unique movement experience designed to blend strength, conditioning, feminine flow, and Tai Chi blade work into one powerful class. This is not your typical workout. Each session combines HIIT-inspired movement, calisthenics, mobility, coordination, and controlled blade choreography to help you build strength, confidence, endurance, and body awareness in a completely different way. Classes are beginner-friendly and designed for women who want to move their bodies, challenge themselves, and experience fitness in a way that feels strong, intentional, and fun. No prior blade or martial arts experience is required. You’ll be guided through the foundations of movement, blade safety, technique, and flow throughout the class. Expect a high-energy environment with a boutique fitness feel, great music, intentional movement, and a community of women ready to start their day strong. Please arrive in comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing. Black attire is preferred. Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and hair tie if needed. Blade & Body is where strength meets flow.
