This intimate evening invites you to step outside of the expectations of motherhood and reconnect with your body, your voice, your sensuality, your power, and your community. Come dressed to move, flow, and reconnect with your body. Choose comfortable, form-fitting attire that allows you to move freely and provides enough skin contact with the pole. Heels are optional—bring them if they feel like an empowering expression of your movement and sensuality. To keep your experience safe and the pole properly gripped, please arrive with clean, dry skin. Refrain from applying oils, lotions, body butters, or other slippery products before the experience.
