Rooted Resonance: An Autumn Sound Bath for Grounding & Stability

Anchor your energy this autumn. Experience deep grounding and restorative rest with the Rooted Resonance sound bath. As summer's vibrant energy fades and the air grows crisp, nature offers a masterclass in grounding. In autumn, a tree survives the coming freeze by drawing its vital energy away from its branches and deep down into its roots. "Rooted Resonance" is a restorative sound bath designed to help you mirror this profound seasonal shift. Join us for an immersive evening dedicated to gathering your scattered energy, slowing down, and building an unshakeable foundation for the colder months ahead What to Expect You will be guided through a deeply anchoring meditation, then bathed in a curated sound bath. Expect the rich, earthy overtones of Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, the deep resonance of quartz crystal bowls, and the soothing, rhythmic textures of seed shell shakers and rainsticks. This session is designed to regulate your nervous system, quiet an overactive mind, and leave you feeling deeply anchored in your body
