We'll begin with a gentle conversation about PCOS/PMOS: what it is, how it can show up in your mood, energy, cycle, and sleep, and what your hormones may be trying to tell you. Then you'll put pen to paper with guided journaling prompts to help you listen to your own body. We'll close with a singing bowl sound bath led by The Feelings Garden Wellness as the sun goes down. Whether you've been diagnosed, suspect something's off, or simply want an evening of rest, you're welcome here. No experience needed.
