Support your balance, mobility, and peace of mind in a welcoming yoga class tailored for older adults. Brought to you in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, Gentle Yoga with Joan is part of the Autrey Mill Nature Preserve, Ageless Adventures program, designed for adults to connect with nature, nurture wellness, and enjoy community. Joan’s gentle, mindful approach helps every participant feel strong, confident, and at ease. When: Wednesdays 11 AM - 12 PM January 7th - May 14th ::No Class April 9th:: Where: Autrey Mill Nature Preserve 9770 Autrey Mill Rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022 Class meets in the Nature Classroom and will be held outside on the Amphitheatre if the weather permits. What to bring: A bottle of water and a Yoga Mat
