Free health screenings, a 1-mile walk/run, kids’ fun, food trucks & Chubb Rock live—plus help us chase a world record for heart health! 2nd Annual WE C.A.R.E. Community Health Fair & Block Party | Free Health Screenings in Stonecrest, GA Join the Atlanta Medical Association, in partnership with New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, for the 2nd Annual WE C.A.R.E. Community Health Fair on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Samson Health & Fitness Center, 6400 Woodrow Road, Stonecrest, GA 30038 on the New Birth campus. This free, family-friendly Atlanta-area health fair is designed to connect individuals and families throughout Stonecrest, DeKalb County and metro Atlanta with physicians, healthcare professionals, preventive health screenings, wellness education and valuable community resources—all in one place. This year, we're also working toward something historic. During the Health Fair, organizers will attempt a world record for cardiovascular screenings completed in a single day. We need the community to come out, get screened and help us make preventive health history while learning more about cardiovascular risk and the importance of early detection. Attendees can take advantage of FREE health screenings and wellness resources, including cardiovascular screenings, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, diabetes resources, women's health, men's health, dental health, behavioral health, chiropractic care, sports physicals and more. The Health Fair is part of the larger WE C.A.R.E. Community Health & Wellness Weekend focused on bringing healthcare, education and resources directly into the community. And this is much more than a health fair. Bring the whole family and make a day of it. Guests can enjoy: • Free health screenings and community resources • Activities for children and families • Food trucks and food giveaways • Health, fitness and wellness education • Community organizations and healthcare vendors • WE C.A.R.E. Community Block Party from 2:00–6:00 PM • DJ, Live entertainment featuring Chubb Rock and special guests • Music, fun and activities for the entire family Once the Health Fair ends at 2:00 PM, stay for the Block Party from 2:00–6:00 PM and celebrate community, health and wellness with food, music, entertainment and hip-hop legend—Chubb Rock and specials guest.
