Join us for yoga flow session to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind! Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga practice focused on movement, mindfulness, and community. This 50-minute class is designed for all experience levels and offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honor the power of community. Come move, breathe, and connect with others as we celebrate culture, wellness, and togetherness.
