Experience yoga at North Haven Gardens surrounded by our great green and floral energies! It's yoga practice at North Haven Gardens! Community yoga in the gardens. Deepen your connection to all things natural as you experience yoga practice with us. NEW! NHG welcomes yoga teacher Gilbert Flores for an outdoor session of yoga practice, geared for both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Start your morning with an energizing outdoor yoga session. Class will be 60 minutes, and it's friendly to all experience levels. We'll be starting with some grounding postures, and then slowly build into mindful movement. $15 per person. Come as you are, root down and get ready to grow! NOTE: This class is outdoors on our shaded, artificial turf lawn, and the class will be cancelled if the weather isn't conducive. Our space is limited to only 25 attendees. Please bring your own mat and supplies, along with your water bottle. Note that all our attendees will be required to sign a waiver form prior to participating. Come flow with Gilbert at 9:30 am outdoors on the lawn for a gentle, grounding class surrounded by plants and living things. After your practice, rest with a custom tea, coffee, or snack at our Cafe! Gilbert Flores is very proud to be Dallas born and raised, and has been practicing yoga regularly for nearly 7 years. In 2025, he finally decided it was time to step into teaching, where he found so much joy, strength and courage through his practice, and he wanted to share it with his community. His goal is always to share mindful movement through a moving meditation: stimulating the mind / body connection for strength and longevity. @misterflowerz
