Take some intentional time to reflect and feel grounded before we shift into the busy holiday season. This event is rooted in taking intentional time to come home to yourself. Returning to an internal state of calm groundedness through sipping cacao, moving through a vinyasa yoga flow, guided breathwork, and a mini meditation. With the holidays approaching fast, it is important to remember to take time for you. This event is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and at ease before we shift into a busy season. All women are welcome; no prior experience is required. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
