The Crown of Life Method ecstatic dance is an embodied ecstatic dance experience created to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, release what you no longer need to carry, and begin embodying the woman you are becoming. You don't need to be a dancer. There is no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. This is about listening to your body and allowing movement to become a form of expression, release, and reclamation.
