Join us for a supportive outdoor walk designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers. Our Prenatal & Postpartum Community Walk Series provides pregnant and postpartum mothers with a safe, supportive opportunity to engage in gentle movement, connect with other mothers, and enjoy time outdoors. Walks are designed to accommodate different comfort levels and stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Mothers are welcome to bring their babies, strollers, and support persons. Participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and enjoy a welcoming space centered on maternal well-being, community, and connection.
