Golden Hour: Sound Bowl & Stretch is an outdoor wellness experience created to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, regulate your nervous system, and enjoy intentional community along the Dayton riverfront. As the sun begins to set over the water, guests will move through guided stretching, intentional breathing, mindfulness practices, and a restorative sound bowl experience designed to create space for relaxation, reflection, and presence. No prior yoga, stretching, meditation, or sound-bath experience is required.
