Prenatal & Postpartum Community Yoga Series

Join us for a supportive outdoor walk designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers. Our Prenatal & Postpartum Community Yoga Series provides pregnant and postpartum mothers with a safe, supportive opportunity to engage in gentle movement, practice mindful breathing, and connect with other mothers. Sessions are designed to accommodate different comfort levels, experience levels, and stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Mothers are encouraged to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and use modifications as needed. Babies and support persons are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required. Each session offers a welcoming space centered on maternal well-being, relaxation, community, and connection.
