Free Hatha Yoga Class | Strength & Mobility

Show up, move well, and leave feeling better than when you walked in. Led by DFWYAS Member Brandon B., this weekly Hatha yoga class focuses on building real strength and mobility through a rotating four-week cycle of targeted sessions.
