WISDOM FOR THE BODY

Guest speaker Concetta joins us online Sat 10/25 @ 2pm to explore somatic healing, trauma work & psychedelic-assisted therapy. All welcome. We’re honored to welcome Concetta from Mindfully Embodied as our virtual guest speaker on Saturday, October 25th at 2pm! Concetta is a Dallas-based therapist specializing in Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy & Psychedelic Integration. She’ll be joining us virtually to share her expertise on the mind-body connection and the role of somatic work in healing. This talk is for anyone curious about different healing modalities — whether you’re interested in somatic therapy, trauma work, psychedelic-assisted approaches, or simply expanding your understanding of what healing can look like. You don’t need to be a yoga practitioner to join us; all are welcome. This will also be great opportunity to bring our community together for engaging conversation. Please stay and mingle as we will offer light snacks and beverages!
