Join Dr. Nelson for a FREE neck pain workshop. You’ll learn why things hurt, what you can do about it, and have a chance to ask questions. Headaches? Numb or tingling hands? Shoulder pain that won't quit? They can all start in your neck, and that's often why they've stuck around so long. Join Dr. Christian Nelson, DC, of Advocate Wellness for a hands-on evening in Keller. What you'll do: • Learn in a short teaching block how the neck's nerves and muscles can affect your head, arms, hands, and shoulders • Practice a lacrosse ball trigger-point release you can use at home [we'll provide the ball] • Get your questions answered Everyone who attends takes home a handout and a dōTERRA DeepBlue stick ($30 value) as our thank-you. Dr. Nelson is an independent dōTERRA Affiliate. Attendees and their families can also take $20 off a new-patient appointment, available that evening only.
