Between the Chaos- A Metal Restorative Class

Find your calm between the breakdowns. Recharge with restorative yoga set to the softer sounds of your favorite metal artists. Hitting the Saosin/Like Moths to Flames and Underoath/August Burns Red shows? Come reset between the two with a special restorative yoga class designed to stretch out your body, quiet your mind, and recharge before you head back into the pit. We're trading the breakdowns for the softer side of heavy music, featuring atmospheric melodies, haunting vocals, and stripped-down tracks from the metal artists you already know and love. Slow down, release tension, and give your body a chance to recover before the next round of chaos. Two heavy shows. One chance to recover. 🤘 *Space is more limited for this special restorative class to accommodate the additional props (provided by us) used during practice. We recommend reserving your spot early! **If you do have your own yoga mat, please bring it along! You will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating so please arrive fifteen minutes early. Gates for this event will close at 10:55 a.m. and no entries after that will be allowed due to location restrictions.
