Rest in Resonance: a sound bath for the Black community

This sound bath meditation is an invitation to rest specifically for the BIack community. This is an invitation for Black folks to REST in RESONANCE. During this sound bath and community circle, participants will gather to rest, to receive, to listen, and to connect. We will check in and learn the benefits of sound healing for overall wellness: body, mind, and spirit. Then, we will be lead into an opportunity to rest and explore the inner self by receiving a guided meditation and a 60 min sound bath meditation including crystal singing bowls, a gong, and accessory instruments. There will be time afterwards to connect, check in, share, and circle with intention. This is a ticked event. There are limited sliding scale/ donation based tickets. ***There are no refunds for late arrivals after 4:15 pm or late cancellations within 24hrs of the event time.
