TableTop Networking events are intentionally designed so that everyone — including first‑time guests — has the opportunity to connect, participate, and be seen, without needing to compete for attention. Whether this event is standing, seated, or a mix (depending on the host location), the guided format remains consistent to ensure fairness, flow, and value. What to Expect • Open networking upon arrival • A facilitated welcome and orientation • Guided flow throughout the event to balance participation • Clear transitions between segments • Open networking again at the conclusion To keep the event on schedule and effective, participants are expected to follow MC and Table Captain direction regarding timing, transitions, and event flow.
