In this hands-on class, you’ll dive into the art of dumpling-making from start to finish. Chef Cass will guide you through preparing flavorful fillings, mastering multiple folding techniques, and cooking dumplings to perfectly tender, juicy results. You’ll make a large batch of dumplings together—enjoying some fresh in class while freezing the rest to take home for easy, delicious meals later. Along the way, you’ll also create a variety of dipping sauces to complement each bite.
