About this event
This class is all about Xiao Long Bao, the famous soup dumplings that might possibly be the juiciest dumplings out there. (If you don't know, the soup is on the inside!) We will be making everything from scratch and learning how to seal these pockets of joy in a thin hand-rolled dumpling skin. These delicate bites of wonder are probably one of Chef Cass’s favorite dumplings to date. Let’s get together and learn the art of dumpling making!
