Holiday Refresh Restorative Yoga with Massage

Step away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and gift yourself a moment of deep rest, relaxation, and renewal. Tickets: $50.00 This beautifully nurturing restorative yoga experience invites you to slow down, soften, and surrender into stillness. Through a series of gentle, fully supported poses, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle, your body to release tension, and your mind to find a little peace during one of the busiest times of the year.
