IN STILLNESS

An intimate wellness experience by Trubyou centered around movement, stillness, reflection, and connection. IN STILLNESS movement. stillness. connection. In a world that constantly asks us to move, produce, and keep going, IN STILLNESS creates space to pause. Hosted by Trubyou, IN STILLNESS is an intimate wellness experience centered around movement, stillness, reflection, and connection.
