Sacred Release a Healing Experience with Donna Lakes

Join master healer Donna Lakes for an incredible afternoon of crystal singing bowls and Tibetan sound therapy December 3rd! Step into a sacred space created for deep release, restoration, and renewal. ✨ Movement and techniques designed to gently but powerfully unlock stress, emotions and trauma stored in the body to set them free. 🌬️ Nervous System Reset — Breathwork, singing bowls, drum rhythms, and other sacred instruments to soothe and repair your system at the deepest level. We'll work with the vagus nerve (the vital bridge between your heart, gut, and brain) to restore balance and resilience. Yoga poses and other movement for emotional release. 🧠 Belief Healing & Subconscious Reprogramming — Dismantling and rewiring limiting beliefs and creating new supportive thought pathways. 🦋 Self-Celebration — Closing in joy, gratitude, and embodied empowerment so you leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to rise. This is a full-body, full-heart journey: Release → Reset → Rise. 🌟 Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and journal. Dress in relaxed clothing to allow for movement. 🙏
