Learn to make creamy Toum, velvety hummus, and soft, airy naan from scratch. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, you’ll gain the skills to recreate these dishes athome. Prepare to dip and spread your way to a whole new level of deliciousness! Please bring an 8+ cup food processor; rental available if needed. Topic: Toum, Hummus, Naan Each Student will make 32 oz Toum, 16 oz, hummus, and Naan that they can enjoy at the end of class, or take home to share/show off! Recipe Book Included. Important!
