Sound Bowls & Stretch

Immerse yourself in the gentle flow of yoga movements accompanied by the soothing resonance of sound bowls, guiding you to relax & balance. There are moments when your body asks you to slow down before your mind is ready to. This October, BLK Yoga Collective invites you to a morning of movement, sound and stillness at Commune Detroit. We’ll create space to step away from the pace of everyday life, soften into your body and reconnect with yourself through a slow, grounding yoga practice accompanied by the vibrations of sound bowls. This is not about how flexible you are or how much you can accomplish in an hour. It’s about giving yourself permission to be present. To stretch what feels tight. To breathe a little deeper. To let the sound move through you. To simply exist without needing to be anywhere else. As the season shifts and the year begins to settle into its final stretch, consider this your invitation to pause with intention. Come as you are and let's flow. Join us October 17th at Commune Detroit for Sound Bowl + Stretch with BLK Yoga Collective.
