Traditionally, an apothecary is blended ingredients to create remedies. At The Apothecary Ride, we're brewing something different: well being through human connection. Through a thoughtfully curated cycling experience, we'll awaken our senses, explore Detroit through a different lens, and discover the beauty of slowing down together. Come as you are. Leave a little more grounded and connected to the city, to one another, and to the beautiful intersection of cycling and community. Detroit is our apothecary. Community is the remedy. BEFORE YOU RIDE The starting location and essential ride instructions will be shared privately with registered guests before the event. Please bring: • Your bicycle, helmet & bike lock (if available) • Comfortable, warm riding clothes • Comfortable shoes suitable for cycling and gentle movement • Water and an open mind • Extra spending money for treasures you might find along the way. Our morning concludes with The Grounding, a gentle, yoga-inspired experience featuring mindful movement, intentional breathing, and connection. No yoga experience or mat required.
