The Lab Detroit × Kathletics presents The Strength Lab: Fuel Her Edition. A fall wellness experience created for women ready to feel stronger and learn more about their bodies. We’re getting into the REAL conversations around strength training, nutrition, and properly fueling our bodies. Then, we’re putting it into practice through guided resistance training and a beginner-friendly strength circuit designed to help you learn movements you can confidently use long after the experience.
