You'll be guided briefly through a short instruction and history of the Suminagashi process, then find your creative flow as you explore painting with ink on water. About your host: Kelly Odette Laughlin is a Chicago-based artist, writer, facilitator, and the founder of Odette Press. Her practice is an infusion of movement, ink, breath, paper, water and lyricism, drawing from a deep connection with the senses and the natural world. With over thirteen years of guiding workshops across the globe, Kelly's experiences are meditations on art and writing that guide people together with their innate creativity in connection with nature.
