VP Jam 2: A Virtual Production Hands-on Experience

Join us for the return of VP Jam, an interactive experience where you'll work on a team to film in virtual production on an LED volume! VP Jam 2: A Virtual Production Hands-on Experience An event so fun, we're bringing it back for a second installment! Most people's first time on an LED volume happens on someone else's clock, with a client watching and zero room to experiment. VP Jam is the opposite of that. You'll join a small team, get a creative prompt, and have four hours to take it from idea to finished clips — shooting on a real LED volume so every team is filming all day, not waiting in line. Each team is led by a virtual production captain who knows the stage inside and out, so you'll spend the day making things, not troubleshooting them. We wrap with a showcase where every team screens what they made. No virtual production experience required. If you've ever wanted to see how an LED volume actually works — as a director, DP, producer, editor, student, or the person who keeps watching BTS breakdowns at 1am — this is the lowest-stakes, highest-fun way to get your hands on one. Your ticket includes: four hours of supervised volume time, lunch and coffee, props and lenses on site, and your team's footage to take home. Just 18 spots — three teams of six. Saturday, October 24, 10:00 am–2:00 pm at Forge Virtual Studios. $25 + fees. Grab a spot, bring your creativity, and come make something with us.
