Saturday, October 3rd 11 AM - 1 PM $40 Ages 18+ About the class: Join us for a creative and mindful journey to tune into Autumn’s rhythms—a time of intentional release and inward focus. We will draw from seasonal wisdom to create nature-inspired affirmation cards. This session blends mindfulness, the expressive arts, and nature connection. You will leave with a mini deck of personalized self-care cards to encourage you throughout the season. This compassionate space is for anyone who hopes to breathe life into their creativity and attune to the rhythms of the natural world. No previous art or writing experience is necessary. All materials are provided. About Stacey Hayes, MA, MPA, LCMHC Stacey is a nature-based expressive artist, educator, and writer. As the creator of Soulful Seasons, she inspires others to nurture themselves and nature with creativity and compassion. Her work explores the intersection of our inner and outer landscapes and is informed by place-based contemplative practices and seasonal rhythms. She offers workshops at the North Carolina Botanical Garden and the Eno Arts Mill. Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).
