Awaken Your Voice: Mindfulness, Movement & Singing Workshop

Weaving together breathwork, movement, and song to create a cohesive, immersive experience to awaken your authentic voice. Join us for an immersive journey through the seven chakras, exploring the body, breath, movement, meditation, and voice as pathways to deeper connection with ourselves. Beginning at the Root and moving upward toward the Crown, we will travel through each energetic center with practices designed to help us drop deeply into our bodies, awaken our inner energy, and discover the authentic voice that lives within us. We’ll begin with the root, grounding into the earth and cultivating a sense of safety, stability, and belonging. Through breath, embodied movement, and singing, we’ll connect with the physical body and create a foundation for the journey ahead. From there, we’ll move into the sacral chakra, awakening sensation, fluidity, creativity, and self-worth. Gentle movement, breathwork and song will invite us to soften, flow, and reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies. At the solar plexus we’ll explore the fire of personal power, confidence, and transformation. Through energizing breathwork and song, we’ll connect with our inner strength and the courage to inhabit our truth. The heart offers an invitation to open, expand, and connect. Through meditation, breath, movement, and song, we’ll explore compassion, vulnerability, and the spaciousness that emerges when we allow ourselves to be fully open to all that life offers. Moving into the throat we’ll turn our attention toward expression and voice. We’ll use breath, vibration, and song to release held energy and open to divine surrender. At the third eye, we’ll shift inward, cultivating intuition, and awareness. Meditation, breathwork and a song about stepping into flow will help us quiet the noise and listen more deeply to our inner wisdom. Finally, we’ll arrive at the crown chakra opening toward spaciousness, connection, and a sense of something greater than ourselves. Through meditation, breath, and song, we’ll close our journey with a call to ourselves and oneness with the world around us. Whether you are new to chakra work or have an established practice, this offering will help you connect to yourself. This is not about doing any practice perfectly or having a particular spiritual experience. It is an invitation to listen—to the body, the breath, the heart, the voice, and the quiet wisdom within. Come ready to move, breathe, feel, sound, and listen. Our hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, embodied, open, and rooted in your authentic self—with a deeper connection to your body, your energy, and your own unique voice.
