Puppy Yoga at The Self Studio

Find your flow with some adorable company! Enjoy gentle yoga, puppy cuddles, and a feel-good Sunday afternoon in New Rochelle. About this event A little movement, a lot of cuteness. 🐶 Join us for a playful, all-levels yoga class with puppies sharing the space! Expect gentle stretches, mindful movement, and plenty of adorable interruptions along the way. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or simply here for the puppies, you’re welcome. No yoga experience needed—just a willingness to go with the flow and enjoy the moment. Come with a friend or meet fellow puppy lovers at the studio. There’ll be time for movement, cuddles, and smiles throughout the hour. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring your love of puppies. We can’t wait to see you! 🐾
