Join Studio Arden and Greenwich Treats at Beyond Yoga Greenwich for a morning of mindful movement and self-indulgence—you deserve it. Join us on October 3, 2026 at 9:30 AM (Eastern Time) at Beyond Yoga for Sculpt, Stretch & Sweets. We’re bringing together two of our favorite kinds of treats: moving your body and eating something delicious. We’ll start with 40 minutes of energizing sculpt, followed by 20 minutes of deep stretching to lengthen, release and reset. Come solo or invite a friend! After class, stick around to mingle, shop Beyond Yoga and enjoy something sweet from Greenwich Treats. A well-rounded morning of self-care and self-indulgence—because who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? BYOM (bring your own mat)
