Perfect Days: Ruck The City, Manhattan

RUCK THE CITY, Presented by GORUCK Manhattan | October 10 | Depression Awareness Month This October, we’re carrying the weight together. We’ll ruck roughly 13 miles down Broadway, from the top of Manhattan to Battery Park, carrying weighted packs that represent the invisible load we each move through life with. Along the way, we’ll trade weight ; carrying for one another as a physical reminder that even when we can’t remove someone’s burden, we can help make it lighter. We’ll stop at neighborhood bodegas and delis for homegrown support as we make our way downtown. A day to move, connect and release, and a reminder that whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
