From Invisible to Influential: Stop Waiting to Be Noticed

What you know gets you in the room. Influence determines how far you make it. In a complex work environment, expertise and strong performance are only part of what moves your career forward. You also need to communicate your value, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders with different priorities. Many capable professionals still find themselves: ● Holding back during important meetings and conversations. ● Struggling to make their work visible without feeling self-promotional. ● Working hard without gaining the recognition, relationships, or support needed to advance. To grow, the right leaders need to understand your value, trust your judgment, and see you as ready for greater responsibility. Join ALPFA New Jersey and Dr. Ginny Baro for a TEDx Watch Party, podcast recording, and live leadership experience. We’ll begin networking around your visibility and influence, watch Dr. Ginny’s 10-minute TEDx talk, and continue the conversation through a live fireside chat and podcast recording marking the relaunch of the ALPFA New Jersey Podcast. Bring your career questions for the Q&A with live coaching, learn from each other, and connect with professionals and senior leaders over cafecito and refreshments. You will leave with a clear “One True Step” for moving forward. We can't wait!
