In this workshop, students will learn the art of making and designing homemade pasta from scratch. Using seasonal ingredients to naturally create vibrant colors and unique flavors, Chef Espino will guide students through creative techniques for coloring, shaping, layering, and decorating pasta to create beautiful, Pinterest-worthy edible works of art! The best part....students will get to enjoy their freshly made creations during class as a delicious lunch. They’ll also prepare additional fresh pasta to take home and share with family and friends—or dry and save to enjoy at a later date.
